ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Stone Beyer

As a Leasing Agent for Woodcrest Capital, Stone Beyer is in charge of analyzing the tenants within each Woodcrest managed center and identifying the appropriate retailers to best fill each vacancy to create well-balanced centers, while also showing some of those spaces to prospective tenants. He also works directly with the Director of Brokerage and with Tenants to ensure the smooth execution of all new leases and lease renewals. Having first worked at Woodcrest as an intern in the summer of 2018, Stone returned to work full-time after graduating from Texas A&M University a year later with a degree in Communications and a Minor in Business. In addition to his love for sports and the outdoors, Stone is also an accomplished and lifetime member of the National Eagle Scout Association and in his free time enjoys various outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
