Steven works only with Commercial Real Estate and is a member of the major Commercial Real Estate networks which include FGCAR (Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors) and the prestigious CCIM Institute. Steven is co-host of the Invest Florida Show a real estate podcast with a focus on Florida Commercial Real Estate.

Steven served for five years on the Board Of Directors of the Florida Chapter of the CCIM Institute as Communications Chair and served for many years on the board of the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors, Steven was the 2015 President of the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors.
