Steve Purcell has extensive experience in both commercial and residential real estate transactions with over 1500 closed sales on Marco Island alone. Purcell grew up on Marco Island and learned more about life and business at the dinner table from his loving parents than most have in a lifetime. Steven purchased his mother's rental company and father's residential brokerage and merged that company into REMAX Affinity Plus, one of Marco lsland1s top Brokerages. His local native background gave him success as a Captain and yacht salesman to help his clients enjoy the waterfront lifestyle he loves so well. Always finding time to enjoy fishing and boating with clients, as well as paddle boarding, surfing, and traveling -these are Steve's favorite hobbies! He is always giving back to our US Soldiers and helping local children as a board member of both M area Island Lion's Club and Naples Take a Soldier Fishing organization. Over the years Steve has observed this area's growth and helped to promote it as it grew, into the wonderful community it is today. His family has been active in the community since his grandparents purchased a pre-construction, Marco Beachfront condo where his parents visited for their honeymoon in the 1960's. Steve was licensed as a Florida Realtor" in 1996 and sold real estate throughout his college years. He attended the University of Florida, earning a degree in Finance and Real Estate, and graduated with his Real Estate and Mortgage Broker licenses in 1998.
