With more than 25 years in commercial real estate, he has a proven track record of providing guidance to clients. Steve is experienced in the sale of office buildings, retail shopping centers, Triple Net leased investments, multi-family properties, manufactured home communities, mini-storage facilities and land.

Steve Mack's career path to commercial real estate had unlikely origins. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Degree in Economics and Marketing, Steve served in the U.S. Marine Corps for eleven years. His duties included command, staff and recruiting. Between the Marine Corps and his commercial real estate career he owned and operated the Perris Valley Skydiving Center business in Perris, California. As a small business owner in the fast paced skydiving environment he experienced first-hand the total commitment owners must make in their business ventures, and how real estate is one of the most important components.

The Pacific Northwest and outdoors have always had a special appeal for Steve. He moved to Vancouver in 1991 to pursue a career in commercial real estate and enjoy the rain. Steve Mack is licensed in both Washington and Oregon. His goal is to provide the absolute best service to clients.
