These transactions totaled over $990 million in Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Indianapolis, Louisville and Lexington, including the sale of a former General Motors assembly plant and the lease of 1,000,000 square feet to Procter & Gamble.

In addition to formerly serving as president of CINDAT, the greater Cincinnati commercial and industrial real estate industrys web-based information exchange system, has also served as Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Real Estate Program at Cincinnati Technical College where he was a full-time instructor for five years.
