ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Steve Becker

Steve has been a real estate agent since 2004, specializing in commercial development and site assemblages, especially in the Norwich area.

From 2002 to 2004, Steve was the Director of Business Development and was a $10 Million Mechanical Contractor for Eastern Energy Services. He was responsible for identifying new business contacts and negotiating opportunities; establishing new contacts with possible clients; maintaining constant customer interaction; representing the company at trade meetings and conferences; and developing Internet lead-basenew customer lists.

From 1977 to 2002, he was the President and CEO of Kendland Company, Inc. and employed over 200 people. He was responsible for construction in many public and private sectors throughout New England; completing projects worth over $400 million; developing all marketing and sales contacts for new work; and maintaining long-term relationships with major clients and banks.

From 1987 to 1991, Steve was the Chairman of the Norwich Housing Authority which was a $7 Million per year public housing agency.
