Steve brings nearly 20 years of Santa Barbara-based commercial real estate experience to the Lee & Associates team, as well as the expertise necessary to handle all of the complexities of these large retail transactions from land acquisition to lease-up to sale. Steve also focuses his energies on investment properties, having assisted his clients in the acquisition and sales of some of the largest investment deals in the Santa Barbara region.

Steve took his entrepreneurial leap in 1996, when he founded Leider Commercial Real Estate, the predecessor to what became the Leider Group. This move allowed him to focus on more personalized, efficient, and effective client service. Able to concentrate on the true needs of his clients, Steve continued to solidify his position as an industry leader in the entitlements of commercial development, tenant representation, and investment sales across the entire Tri-County region. He originally earned this reputation at CB Commercial in Santa Barbara, where he worked for nine years, consistently attaining honors as one of the firm's top brokers. Prior to entering the world of commercial real estate, Steve gained valuable management and sales training at Xerox Corp., where he garnered President's Club honors for excellence in nine consecutive years. Steve brings an intense focus and a broad knowledge of the overall market that enables him to uncover creative deal potential across the Tri-Counties.
