Stephen Ghedi joined Moody Rambin in 2019 as an Associate for the Investment Services team. He has serviced over 300,000 square feet of real estate within his career throughout the Greater Houston Area, totaling over $20 million dollars in transactions since 2019. Stephen has experience working even the most complex of deals, knowing where key leverage points exist depending upon the client's objectives. Stephen has worked on projects ranging from stabilized market dispositions all the way to distressed value add portfolios where creativity is key. Through his passion for real estate, critical thinking aptitude and whole-hearted dedication, Stephen is able to deliver significant value to each and every one of his clients.

Outside of the office, Stephen enjoys being active and outside with his wife, daughter and dogs. His mission is to provide unparalleled service and achieve beyond the client's expectations, while building a meaningful, long-term client relationship.
