Stephanie Dimak Boyd joined SRSA Commercial Real Estate, Inc. as a Sales and Office Leasing Associate. As a sales and Office Leasing Associate, Stephanie will focus on leasing and sales of office buildings in the Greater New Orleans area.

Boyd has been a force in the New Orleans commercial real estate market for over 28 years. She has received numerous awards including the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors, Commercial Industrial Divisions (CID) Outstanding Achievement Award for Largest Sales Transaction

Prior to joining SRSA, Boyd worked as an Office Leasing and Investment sales agent for Latter & Blum, in leasing and property management for John Kushner and Associates. Boyd also worked at Landmark Land (who purchased John Kushner and Associates), Joe Cannizaro and Regis Realty I, LLC.

As a landlord representative, Boyd successfully leased and sold the Xerox building in Kenner (133,312 SF) and as a tenant representative she represented such companies as, Blanchard and Company, Burns and Wilcox, Raymond James and Associates, Southeast Louisiana Legal Service, Atmos Energy and the Plumbers Union.

Landlords that she represented include the Galleria (465,985 SF building), The Plumbers Union building, and the Libby Building.

Boyd is currently a licensed real estate agent in Louisiana, and a member of NOMAR.
