Robert F. Sky Miller III specializes in land, redevelopment and landlord&47;owner representation. Adaptive development in emerging and re-emerging markets is one of Sky's greatest passions.

Sky brings a customer-centric, values-driven approach to his clients. These values, along with his longstanding knowledge of the Dallas real estate market, have earned him lasting relationships with owners and developers within the industry.

He began working as an Independent Landman in 2005, working in the Barnett Shale and major basins in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado and Louisiana. His career roles have included new business development, acquisitions and divestitures. He has been land administrator&47;field manager on a 12,000-acre oil field redevelopment program, and currently manages working interest on a 220,000-acre West Texas ranch operated by Exxon&47;XTO. Recent commercial ventures include the white box renovation on Gaston Avenue, now the Stack House, the sale of Allied Printing building to Bottled Blonde and the current development of 2 acres in the Central Business District. His exposure to complex deal structures, land development, resource management, adaptive re-development and property management provide him a well-rounded understanding of commercial real estate.
