ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Simon Chen

Simon Chen was born in Mainland China and came to California at age 10. He is fluent in Chinese Mandarin and proficient in both reading and writing. Simon graduated from the University of Southern California in 2012 with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and double Minors in Business Law and Business Administration. Simon started his career in Commercial Real Estate in 2013 with Investment Real estate Associates and awarded for Top Prospector 2013 within the first three months. In 2014 Simon joined Lee & Associates - Industry, teaming up with industry veteran Michael Lee and Henry Hong who specialize in the sales and leasing of Industrial, Land and Investment properties.

Simon specializes in the brokerage of industrial and investment properties in San Gabriel Valley and San Bernardino County area. During his 6 years at Lee & Associates, Simon has completed and been involved in the leasing and sales of over 3 million square feet of transactions totaling over $180 million in gross considerations.

Besides being bilingual in English and Mandarin, Simon has a thorough understanding of both American and Chinese culture, which granted him the ability to comfortably communicate and connect Buyers and Tenants with Sellers and Landlords in various cultural backgrounds. By combining his expertise and cultural background, Simon has helped many Chinese companies with low credit or lack of financials to acquire their first building in the U.S. After teaming up with Michael Lee, they have developed a solid reputation in the Chinese communities.
