ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Shaun Bieniek

Shaun Bieniek joined DAUM in 2003. Prior to his career change into real estate and investments, he worked in the biotechnology field for seven years as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist where he worked on national and international drug licensing, focusing mainly on European and Pacific Rim countries. Since joining DAUM, Shaun has worked with such clients as Morgan Stanley DW, Inc., Brooks Institute, Auto Club of Southern California and Farmers Insurance. He has successfully conducted the leasing from commencement of build-to-suit office product, implemented marketing programs for Class A office space, and provided strategies for office product for corporations and developers throughout Ventura County.
