ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Shane Benner

Shane Benner is a Vice President with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services in the Fort Worth office and specializes in client representation, brokerage and consulting for property owners and the corporate user of industrial, flex, and office. He began his real estate career as a buy-side analyst, playing an active role in the acquisition, underwriting and due diligence processes. After spending two years as CFO of a consulting firm he co-founded, Mr. Brenner moved into brokerage to help owners of income-producing property access equity and provide investors with opportunities to obtain yield and capital appreciation. An active community leader, Mr. Benner has served as Junior Advisor to the Board of Governors of the Fort Worth Club and President of the Panther Club, an organization of young professionals that raises funds for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Fort Worth. Shane holds a commercial real estate license.
