Scott has enjoyed measurable success in both our real estate brokerage and real estate valuation platforms. He has developed the level of expertise to enjoy the position as our in-house specialist on more complex valuation assignments including the valuation of real property assets with tangible business enterprise value such as express tunnel car wash facilities and convenience store gas stations.
