ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Scott Tiernan

Scott Tiernan is senior vice president and managing principal in the Atlanta office. Scott and Henry Poer share the day-to-day leadership, management and business development for SRS in the Atlanta market.

Scott specializes in landlord representation, disposition services, sourcing acquisitions and site selection. Scotts landlord representation focus is on land transactions and new development projects. His site selection focus includes third-party site selection for retail end-users, multi-market accounts and sourcing potential development opportunities.

His industry recognition is extensive. Scott was honored by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club as a life member based on production between 2008-2016 and Top 10 Producer in the Retail category and Land. He is also a multi-year recipient of the CoStar Power Broker award and was named one of Atlanta Business Chronicles Real Estate Up & Comers. Scott is a multi-year recipient of the SRS Top Producer award based on companywide production level and the SRS Top Achiever award.

Scott has a bachelors degree in business administration and another in economics from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee.
