ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Scott Rothstein

Scott Rothstein is a Senior Associate at RIPCO Real Estate. He joined the companys Brooklyn office in 2018, after graduating from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. In 2022, Scott relocated to the newly opened Queens office to join Greg Batista and Michelle Abramovs team and their focus on the Queens Market.

Scott has worked with a variety of both national and local retailers, including Starbucks, Jersey Mikes, Family Dollar and Dollar Tree. He specializes in both Landlord and Tenant representation in Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island.

Past professional experiences include an extensive internship with Rechler Equity Partners on Long Island. In this position, Scott focused on environmental affairs, as well as leasing and acquisitions for the company.
