In 2010, Scott joined Unique Properties Inc. where he continues to utilize his experience in commercial real estate to successfully work on over 90 properties totaling more than 3,000,000SF. In addition to developing and maintaining strong relationships with his owners and investors, he is proud to have helped over 250 tenants sign leases since starting at unique properties. Scott attributes his leasing success from his experience he gained in 2009 when he managed industrial park, where he learned how to think out-of-the-box when marketing a property for lease. Prior to that, Scott got his start in 2004 working with Marcus and Millichap. During this time he specialized in investment sales and gained the knowledge expertise on how to properly underwrite, market.
