ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Samuel Cressy

Sam Cressy joined Cressy Commercial Real Estate in 2019 after graduating with Honors from the Kelley School of Business with a triple-major degree in Accounting, Finance, and Real Estate. During his time as an undergraduate, Sam worked as a Professor's Assistant for the Real Estate Program, was a member of the competitive investment focused Real Estate Workshop where he presented investment focused analysis to firms such as Kite Realty, CBRE, Cushman Wakefield and more, and received his broker's license in Indiana and Michigan.

Since graduating, Sam has closed on over $15 million in transactions and has helped countless clients with lease-vs-buy and investment analyses. He also managed over 300,000 SF of property where he oversaw lease administration, property maintenance, capital improvements, budget implementation, and in-depth property inspections. Sam's experience with managing property and brokering investment deals gives him valuable insight into the needs of both tenants and owners.

Sam is also an active community member, serving on the Mishawaka Plan Commission where he evaluates and approves new developments within the city of Mishawaka. He is often one of the first people to know about new projects in town and is deeply concerned with ensuring that Mishawaka is a vibrant, healthy, and enjoyable place to live.
