Sam Leger joined Unique Properties in 2006 to lead as an integral representative for investment sales and leasing. Sams well-rounded knowledge of commercial real estate, construction, finance, and his superior interpersonal skills enable him to provide creative solutions for niche projects for the Unique Team. As a native to Colorado, Sams experience is deep rooted and first-hand. He specializes in treating each client with excellence, honesty, and integrity, while always providing unparalleled results. Prior to Unique Properties, Sam served as Vice President for a local Asset Management company.
