ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Sam Koonce

Sam joined Atlantics Boston office as an intern in 2010 and he became a broker in 2013. Since then he has worked on the New England expansion of national retail tenants. Sam has also gained extensive project leasing experience on behalf of large property owners such as Kimco, Acadia, RD Management and Dividend Capital as well as working with local, independent landlords.

A lifelong Massachusetts resident, Sam attending Bentley University in Waltham, MA graduating in 2013 with an Economics and Finance degree. Away from the office, Sam enjoys traveling with family and friends as well as golfing and boating in the summers.
