Sam Chang serves as Senior Vice President in the Office and Industrial Division of Henry S. Miller Brokerage in Houston. He specializes in all areas of office and industrial real estate including tenant and buyer representation, build to suit development, property disposition, investment sales and relocation services.

Over his extensive career, Sam has been a top producer and has closed several million square feet of real estate transactions.

He is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese and has experience working with local, national and global businesses. With a comprehensive understanding of logistics, statistical modeling, underwriting and debt financing, he is able to help his clients evaluate and implement strategic business plans.

Sam is a native Texan and a US Army Infantry veteran.
