Prior to joining Friedmans Brokerage Services group in November of 2020, Ryan accumulated over eight years of diverse industrial real estate experience with Crown Enterprises, Inc. Ryans understanding of the corporate real estate world translates into a unique point of view for his clients.

During his career, Ryan has become well versed in lease and renewal negotiation, subleases, property acquisitions and dispositions, strategic site selection analysis, real estate valuation, as well as mergers & acquisitions. Ryan has delivered numerous deals as tenant and buyer representative for internal clients such as Universal Logistics Holdings, PAM Transport and Central Transport.

A passionate real estate professional, Ryan is a forward-thinker who enjoys meeting unique challenges with innovative solutions to close even the most complex real estate transactions for his clients.

He holds an associate brokerage license in the state of Michigan.
