ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Ryan Orn

Ryan is a results-driven leader with 20 years of retail, strategic management, and real estate experience. He grew up in the Bay Area and came to Sacramento in 1996 to attend college. He graduated from Sacramento State University with a BA in Economics. While in college, Ryan started his professional career at Sleep Train where he would learn and continue to develop his retail skills. He then followed his passion into commercial real estate after reconnecting with another Sleep Train alumni, Capital Rivers' President Greg Aguirre.

Ryan is one of the few commercial real estate agents that has strategic operations and retail experience growing brands big and small. He looks at retail leasing and investment sales through a different lens focused on the perfect tenant and the perfect location to maximize business performance or the owner's investment. Ryan specializes in retail with a focus on all things auto-related including gas stations, car washes, oil change providers, collisionauto repair, dealerships, wrecking yards, and industrial equipment yards including storage. He enjoys partnering with business owners to take on new challenges and achieve their dreams of owning their first or multiple business locations.
