ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Ryan Clay

Ryan has worked in real estate since 2006 and joined JSH Properties in 2012. Ryan focuses on both investment sales and leasing of office, industrial, and retail properties throughout the Puget Sound region. Prior to joining JSH, Ryan law-clerked for a real estate developer during law school before starting his brokerage career in 2009 in Chicago.

He earned his bachelors degree in 2005 from the University of Arizona and his J.D. from Chicago Kent College of Law in 2008. Ryan is a licensed Washington state real estate broker, and a licensed attorney in Illinois.
