Through my sponsoring broker KW Commercial 889-9898, I run a commercial real estate team called Bernstein Properties, LLC. I specialize in business brokering, but I also handle commercial building sales, office leasing, building leasing, retail leasing, industrial property sales and leasing, vacant land and building redevelopment, and short sales and foreclosures.

Bernstein Management is a consulting firm involved in a variety of activities. We broker businesses and M&A deals that are not contingent upon the sale or lease of real estate. We also perform business valuations and create prospectus-style business memorandums and or operations analysis and performance reports. Lead generation is a popular service for commercial Realtors and other business owners. However, we also provide general consulting on business topics from basic activities like incorporating a business to intermediate-level activities like retails sales and product management and design. Advanced topics are also in our wheelhouse. These topics have included applying for a trademark or patent or even non-profit financial management, grant writing and fundraising, volunteer management, and board governance. Lastly, we also provide business management services much like property management for residential real estate but for absentee owners who need local operational oversight.
