ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Russ Rodgers

Russ joined COBE Real Estate in 2018, with over 25 years in retailcommercial, property management, and development experience. He has an extensive leasing and sales background having completed over 600 transactions during his career representing tenants as well as landlordsowners. Additionally, he has significant retail development and property management experience, having helped create and renovate developments that have an accumulated value of over $330 million. He has long established relationships with hundreds of retailers, landlords, and brokers all over the country and a reputation of being loyal and fiercely protective of the interests of his clients. His vast experience, qualifications, and knowledge make him a welcome addition to COBE Real Estate.

He obtained his BS in Business from BYU and holds a current State of Arizona Real Estate Sales Person license. He obtained his CSM Certified Shopping Center Manager designation and SCLS Senior Certified Leasing Specialist designation. He is committed to serving the community he lives in and is active in the BYU Management Societyhelping earn scholarships for graduating high school students has coached several AAU basketball teams, and is involved in The Boy Scouts of America.

In addition to his professional career, Russ is a devoted husband and father of four, two daughters, two sons. He also has four grandchildren and a 13 year old Goldendoodle named Koda. Russ and his wife Tricia reside in Mesa and enjoy time together as a family.
