ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Ross Waters

Raised in the suburbs of Boston, Ross attended Babson College before moving to Florida to join Atlantic shortly after graduating in 2005. Ross works on all facets of brokerage from tenant representation, site acquisition, investment sales, third party leasing, to portfolio disposition. Ross market coverage is not limited to just Florida as he has extensive experience throughout North and South Carolina, splitting his time between the Jupiter and Charlotte offices.

Ross was named Partner of Atlantic in 2020.

In his free time Ross can be found somewhere on the water, either fishing or boating.
