ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Roger Merians

Roger Merians brings to the Figure 8 sales team his unique perspective to commercial and multi-family real estate sales and leasing through his 10 plus years as principal and manager of a prime luxury retail and creative office property on Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood. Roger also brings experience in residential income properties through his development of a residential income property in Silver Lake including the design and construction of a novel 350 square feet ADU by an award winning young architect.

Prior to joining Figure 8 Realty, as a sales agent at Sperry Commercial, Coda Brokerage and Stafford Commercial, Roger executed prime Silver Lake and Hollywood leases with L.A. Colombe Coffee, Matchabar, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, and Buck Mason to name a few. Roger enjoys building relationships with property owners and tenants and has represented property owners at prime commercial locations throughout Silver Lake, Atwater Village, Los Feliz, East Hollywood & Hollywood. Roger has also represented business owners in the sale of their restaurant businesses as actively working with commercial property owners in acquisitions and sales of their real estate assets.

Roger is originally from the NYC metro area and received his B.A. in economics and art history from Stanford University. His interest in the world of fashion, retail stores and restaurants, architecture and urban development have helped his clients successfully achieve their real estate goals. Roger has been practicing commercial real estate since 2015 and is also a member of the greater association of realtors.
