ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Robin Santiago

I currently serve as Principal & Managing Director of SVN | Capital West Partners, which is the San Jose office of SVN International, a global commercial real estate advisory firm. I lead a team of seven experienced brokerage professionals that focuses on investment sales and leasing. My practice involves advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of office, retail, and industrial properties, both as an investment within the private client segment of the market or for corporate organizations looking to occupy real estate for their business operations. My primary focus is on properties located within the Bay Area region, specifically Silicon Valley, but I have successfully closed investment sale transactions across multiple states across the country. I have over fifteen years of industry experience and was most recently a top-producing broker at The Kase Group, a market-leading investment sales firm, where I was promoted to Director of Investment Sales prior to my departure. I was also a top-producing broker during my time as Vice President in the San Jose office of Kidder Mathews. I am a dual designee, holding the coveted SIOR Society of Industrial Office Realtors and CCIM Certified Commercial Investment Member designations.
