ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Robert Talbot

Robert E. Talbot, CCIM, a graduate of Jesuit High School New Orleans. a Business Administration graduate of Louisiana State University, is President of Talbot Realty Group. He has been active in real estate since 1984 when he began selling condominiums during his last semester in college.

Mr. Talbot is a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors NOMAR, a former member of the Board of Directors for the Commercial Investment Division of NOMAR 1996-1998 and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member CCIM. Mr. Talbot is a Board Member of the Good Shepherd Nativity Mission School in New Orleans, a Member of the ForeKids Foundation, a Member of the Presidents Advisory Council for Jesuit High School New Orleans, and a former board member of the Lighthouse of The Blind.

Mr. Talbot has brokered all types of real estate ranging from land to investment properties, provided real estate feasibility studies, appraisals, expert real estate opinions in legal matters and performed tax abatement consulting.
