January 2008 through January 2010 cruised aboard Pacific Princess and personal boat. Visited cities and countries on every continent except Antarctica on 4 12 month world cruise, followed by cruising over 7,000 nautical miles aboard our own trawler, returning to California in January 2010.

1999 thru 12-2007 CalaList Homes Broker of Record, President & Chief Operating Officer. Partnered with Harold A. Ellis (founder of Grubb & Ellis) who served as Chairman of CataList Homes to build a 12 office real estate company with offices from Carlsbad to Thousand Oaks, California.
Responsible for the brokerage operation of the company (sales and administration), legal affairs, finance, human resources and all regulatory compliance matters.

2003 thru 12-2007 - Benchmark Escrow Company, Co Founder & President. Los Angeles based California Department of Corporations licensed full service escrow company.
1997 thru 2006 Fallbrook National Bank Vice Chairman, Director, Community National Bank Director. Publicly traded San Diego County based bank. Member of audit, loan and governance committees. Helped build small local bank from one branch to multi branch system, taking company public and selling to PacWest Bancorp (symbol PACW) in 2006.

1989 thru 1998 The Rancon Companies Broker of Record, President& Chief Executive Officer. Responsible for overall direction of The Rancon Corporation activities. Oversaw brokerage, escrow, and property management divisions doing business throughout Southern California. Oversaw all activities relating to Rancon's real estate acquisitions, development, asset management and property dispositions.

1985 thru 1989 Grubb & Ellis Company Senior Vice President & District Manager for San Bernardino and Riverside Counties in California, building division into one of top 5 in nation.
