Robert JanTausch joined Sitar Realty Company in 2008. In his role as Senior Director, Mr. JanTausch employs his work ethic and determination that has led to the success of many transactions. He represents owners, landlords, and tenants, and specializes in office, warehouse, retail and land development transactions. He has more than 35 years of experience in land development, construction, and property management. Mr. JanTausch has the expertise in obtaining zoning and planning board approvals, sub-divisions and the construction of commercial buildings. He has completed numerous projects involving such operations.
Prior to joining Sitar Company, Mr. JanTausch retired after a 25 year law enforcement career, retaining the rank of Major and the Commanding Officer of the Tinton Falls Police Department.
