With more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Robert Allen directs First Industrial Realty Trusts initiatives in the Dallas market, providing custom industrial real estate solutions to multinational and local customers.
As Senior Regional DirectorMarket Leader, Mr. Allen oversees the operations, portfolio management, investment and leasing activity for the Dallas Region. In addition, he is responsible for the oversight of new build-to-suit and development projects, along with sourcing new land sites for future growth.

Since joining First Industrial in 2006, Mr. Allen has expanded his responsibilities, holding several positions. Most recently, he served as Senior MarketingLeasing Director for the Dallas region. Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Allen was responsible for leasing retail assets at Weingarten Realty.
