ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT RIchard Senior

Richard Senior is Executive Vice President at RIPCO Real Estate LLC and a Licensed Real Estate Broker with almost 20 years of retail real estate leasing experience. Richard has represented many national retail chains such as Starbucks, Dollar Tree, Autozone, and successfully brokered over 80 bank deals for TD Bank and JPMorgan Chase in the boroughs at the height of their expansion. As well as working with many large and small landlords in the boroughs including ISJ Management and Ashkenazy Acquisitions., Richard has successfully leased hundreds of exclusive retail listings in Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx. He has extensive knowledge of construction, retail leasing, and borough market knowledge that combines to help both Tenants and Owners.

Prior to joining RIPCO in 2004, Richard worked at Robert K. Futterman. There he successfully brokered leases for Radio Shack, Jackson Hewitt, White Castle, and multiple regional tenants like Jimmy Jazz and Telco Stores.

Richard is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
