Rick Schaefer has over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate with an affiliation with NAI Ruhl and Ruhl Commercial Company for his entire real estate career. Prior to his real estate career, Rick Schaefer was General Manager of a large family owned commercial general contracting firm for 5 years and gained valuable knowledge of commercial construction, building codes, construction methods and costs. Schaefer is a member of the Quad Cities Area Realtor Association and is an active member of several community organizations, Boards and municipal appointments.
