Richard is a North Carolina licensed attorney in addition to a licensed real estate agent. Before obtaining his real estate license, Richard practiced law for more than 10 years in areas including, but not limited to, Business LawLitigation, Construction LawLitigation and Real Property Litigation. For that reason, Richard brings a special knowledge and unique perspective to his real estate practice. Richard prides himself on instilling trust and confidence in his clients to create agent-client teamwork and, ultimately, to achieve desired results for them. Richard enjoys spending most of his free time with his son.
