ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Richard Byrd

Richard has an extensive background in multi-family, single family, and mixed-use infill land sales. Applying his prior experience as a CPA and business analyst with his successful infill residential land practice in Los Angeles, Richard brings unparalleled technical skills and market knowledge to his clients. Since joining Land Advisors in 2005, Richard has played an integral role in the sale of more than $1.1 billion in consideration.

Prior to joining Land Advisors, Richard served as a business analyst for Vulcan Materials Company and a Certified Public Accountant in public practice.

Richard holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce and Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Alabama, and a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is a licensed California real estate broker, a licensed Certified Public Accountant, serves on the Board of Directors for Pasadena Forward, a non-profit organization. Richard spends his spare time with his wife and two daughters, as well as cycling, running, swimming and fishing.
