Richard has been in the business of Real Estate for over 23 years, and is bringing forth an extensive professional background as a real estate developer, mortgage consultant, and investment banking for Wall Street firms Bear Stearns and Neuberger and Berman.

Since moving to the Washington DC area 15 years ago, Richard has focused his career on residentialcommercial real estate development, construction management, as well as being a candidate in training for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

As real estate investor himself, Richard can assist with identifying financing options and provide consultation services, which will help, maximize the return on your investment.

He is also highly knowledgeable and experienced in rehabbing properties and issues regarding tenant fit-out or lease analysis.

Richard and his wife of 25 years are the proud parents of four grown children. He enjoys golf, smooth jazz, and cooking on the grill. Some of his free time is spent volunteering with youth programs and mentoring programs.
