ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Rex Glasson

Rex has been a Sarasota resident for twenty-five years and is a member of the Sarasota Board of REALTORS. He is also a member of both the State of Florida and National Association of REALTORS. Rex has been a realtor in Sarasota, Florida since 2003. He began his career in the residential real estate markets before transitioning to commercial real estate, and then ventured into managing his own Private Equity Company, 941 Capital Inc. He has a vast market knowledge and has the ability to understand comprehensive financials, values, and accessing a variety of different opportunities from an investor stand point, the buyerseller and of course as the professional Realtor. His knowledge and vast network of both national and international high net worth clients, along with institutional level clients helped to build his commercial background at an unprecedented level. He has worked with several larger RIETs, hedge funds, and law firms to help mitigate transactions and build on his market skills and connections. All of this he lends to the team of people with in the Private Client Group. During his time with 941 Capital, Inc he oversaw acquisitions, dispositions, along with design for all active projects involving flipping of houses.
