ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT RD Trinidad

RD has served as the President of Hoff & Leigh, a leading commercial real estate brokerage in Colorado Springs. During his tenure, Hoff & Leigh has maintained its position as a dominant brokerage in Colorado Springs, and the company has also opened thriving offices in Akron, OH, Denver, Castle Rock, and Parker. His local clients include Infinity Engineering Systems (Voted Best Company in Colorado 2008, 2009, and 2010), Five Guys Burgers and Fries (Voted the nations number 1 franchise in 2010), National Wheelchair Basketball Association, AspenPointe and many more. RD focuses on the continued growth of the local and national elements of Hoff & Leigh.

RD was voted 2009 Rising Star by the Colorado Springs Business Journal. He recently served as the Co-Chair of the Realtor Commercial Industrial Society Board of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors and is also on the Community Advisory Board for Wells Fargo.

RD is passionate about community growth and engagement, volunteering an immense amount of time to charitable causes. RD currently serves on the Executive Leadership Team for the Colorado Springs chapter of the American Heart Associations Heart Walk. He was a vital contributor to the early development of Academy for Advanced and Creative Leadership, an award winning charter school. He is on the Board of Trustees of Empowering Education, a thriving non-profit that has developed a one-of-a-kind emotional engagement curriculum for middle school and high school students that is being implemented in several school districts around the nation. RD is also the immediate past President of the Board of Trustees of Leadership Pikes Peak, a 30-year-old organization providing the most comprehensive leadership development programs in the Pikes Peak region.

RD Trinidad has BS in both Mathematics and Engineering Management Information Systems from Southern Methodist University. While at SMU, RD was a member of the Division I, nationally ranked Mens swim team where he was a 4-year Varsity Letterman. RDs highest accomplishment as a swimmer was qualifying and competing in the 2000 Olympic Trials. RD still competes in swimming and is a state record holder at the Masters level.

RD is a dedicated family man. He lives in Colorado Springs west side where he takes full advantage of the natural amenities while hiking with his dogs. Ultimately, RD wants to help mold Colorado Springs into a thriving community where his young daughters, Maria and June, will someday have the opportunity to enjoy gainful employment in a regional or national cultural hub.
