Randy C. Merritt, CCIM began his real estate career with Hub Bechtol in 1981 and joined McAllister & Associates as a broker in 1992. Randy is a past president of the Commercial - Investment Division of the Austin Board of Realtors and was voted C-ID Member of the Year in 1997. He earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors in 1994.
