ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Randall Boughton

Randy began his career in agricultural leasing and sales in 1986. He was appointed to the position of Standing Chapter 12 Bankruptcy Trustee for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana. His expertise in leasing, asset management, financial planning and real estate valuation were key to the success of the program. Additionally, he served as Chapter 7 Trustee for the Western District of Louisiana in Alexandria.

He is a past board member of the Louisiana Commercial Database Chapter and a former member of the East Baton Rouge Board of Realtors Commercial Investment Division legislative committee. Randy is also a Past President of the Louisiana Chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Member organization. He is a 2011 graduate of the prestigious Jay W. Levine Leadership Institute. The Institute prepares CCIMs for leadership positions in the State, Regional, and National CCIM organization.

In addition to retail center leasing and brokerage, and multi-family evaluation and brokerage, Randy acts as site selection consultant for QSRs and other restaurants. Current and former clients include corporate and franchisee operations for Twin Peaks, Arbys, Little Ceasars, Burger King, Five Guys Burgers, Jimmy Johns, Churchs Fried Chicken, Logan Farms, Papa Murphys and numerous independent restaurant operations in Louisiana and Mississippi. Multi-family projects include operating a diverse portfolio of properties in Alexandria, Louisiana as a Trustee, evaluating numerous properties for various government agencies and private banks and brokerage of properties ranging from duplexes to multi-family complexes. Other clients include private investors, law firms and accounting firms. Development clients include retail developers, technology park developers, and mixed-use developers. Current projects include a one-hundred-acre technology park and a sixty-acre mixed-use retail park in Bossier City, Louisiana. Industrial projects range from sales of wetland mitigation tracts, heavy industrial tracts and valuation and sales of single tenant and multi-tenant sites.
