Peter Theodore serves as an advisor with SVN Chicago Commercial, specializing in the sale and leasing of retail, multifamily and office properties on Chicagos north side and northern suburbs. He brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience as a property owner, manager and broker. His practice specializes in leveraging his network of investors and business owners for the benefit of his clients.

Prior to joining SVN, he was a principal at a boutique commercial real estate firm, following a 20-year trading career at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

He lives on the North Side with his wife and two young children.
