Mr. Peter Merz is a Principal with Lee & Associates in North San Diego County and specializes in industrial and investment brokerage. Peter entered the commercial real estate field in 1999. Prior to that time, he had a distinguished career in sales with Sunrise Medical, a large manufacturer of medical equipment, where he was named U.S. Salesperson of the Year in 1998.
Prior to working at Lee & Associates, Peter worked at Colliers from 2004-2014 and at Coldwell Banker Commercial from 1999-2004.
