Peter McGill joined Summit Commercial Real Estate in 2016 as a Principal in the Washington, DC office. Mr. McGill has more than 27 years of commercial real estate experience and specializes in formulating real estate strategy for the leasing and sale of privately-owned real estate and tenant representation in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Mr. McGill prides himself on achieving his client's real estate objectives through a high degree of financial acumen and the management of transaction teams consisting of leasingsales, architectural, construction and legal professionals. During his career, he has analyzed, structured, and negotiated over 700 commercial real estate transactions and implemented complex economic models to evaluate strategic options for his clients.
