ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Pete Harper

Pete Harper is a Principal with Lee & Associates Charleston, specializing in office sales and leasing for third party owners and tenants. Pete represents clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of multi-tenant office buildings and helps tenants in their search for new locations. Pete quickly adjusts and adapts to the many facets of the commercial real estate industry and provides clients with sound real estate solutions.

Pete attended the University of Vermont where he received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Following this, Pete received his Masters of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from Vanderbilt Universitys Owen Graduate School of Management. Before joining the Lee & Associates team in Charleston in 2011, Pete worked for Trammell Crow Company, Buckley Shuler Properties, and James Doran Company & Humanities Foundation where he held the positions of Leasing Agent, Director of Leasing and Sales, and Chief Operating Officer. Pete has multi-market experience in many SE markets, including Charleston, Orlando, Nashville, Richmond, and Knoxville.

Pete is a Board Member of the Daniel Island Business Association, a member of the Daniel Island Community Fund Grant Committee, and member of Christ Our King Church in Mount Pleasant. Pete is proficient in Microsoft Excel and an avid reader of the Wall Street Journal. In his free time, Pete enjoys golf and traveling.
