Paul illustrious real estate career has included roles as Assistant Rental Manager of the Empire State Building, Leasing Manager of Jersey City's 3,000,000 SF waterfront Harborside Financial Center waterfront office development, and General ManagerDirector of Leasing of NYC's Chrysler Building and 666 Third Avenue. At Shuwa Corp., he was Senior VP responsible for all operational aspects of a 3,500,000 SF East Coast portfolio of Class A office buildings, and the highest-ranking American in this major Japanese real estate and development investment firm. Paul has listed and sold several income-producing properties including multifamily housing, retail stores and strip shopping centers, ran his own company representing high-profile landlords and tenants in multiple markets nationally and internationally, and served as a consultant and broker managing real estate transactions on behalf of multinational corporations for their own facilities around the world.
Paul moved to Beacon, NY in 2015, speaks French and Japanese, and is an avid sailboat racer. He is also musically inclined and enjoys playing saxophone, flute and piano.
