Transactions included international work in China and Western Europe and two headquarters transactions: the 2002 saleleaseback of KCI Tower & Plaza; and the site selection and built-to-suit of their current HQ at I-10W & Hausman Rd.
ArjoHuntleigh - Represented ArjoHuntleigh (Arjo) after their purchase of KCI's hospital bed business in 2012, completing transactions totaling over 254,000 square feet and valued at over $14.9M. Transactions included the leasing of a 49,000 sf R&D facility and the disposition of 205,000 square feet of industrial facilities. Early consultation gave Arjo the confidence to proceed with transition from owner to tenant and the dispositions were competed within targeted price range and disposition schedule.
The Offices at Fort Sam Houston - Responsible for leasing in one of the city's largest adaptive reuse efforts and the first of its kind Enhanced Use Lease with the U.S. Army. Negotiated 270,000 square feet of leases valued at $70M, including the relocation of U.S. Army South from Puerto Rico to San Antonio.
