ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Paul Engel

Paul Engel joined NAI Highland, LLC in 2003 bringing 14 years of commercial real estate experience. He specializes in leasing, sales, build-to-suits and investments involving light industrial, R and D and suburban office properties.

Paul began his career in 1985 as an industrial specialist with CBRE in San Diego, California. From 1986 through 1991.

From 1997 through 2002, Paul worked for Palmer McAllister Company in Colorado Springs, Colorado. A consistent top producer, he was involved in over 140 transactions encompassing 1.3 million square feet. Since joining NAI Highland, LLC, Paul has continued his consistent production by completing an additional 700 transactions involving over 5.3 million square feet.

Because of Paul's experience in marketing projects, representing corporate clients, and working with developers, he brings a balanced understanding to the deal making process.

Paul's project management experience includes Funke Construction Services. FCS specializes in commercial interior and exterior construction and renovation services. Projects of note include the renovation of 150 rooms and all public areas at the Doubletree Hotel in Colorado Springs and the $1 million exterior renovation of the Eagle-Vail Business Center in Vail, Colorado.
