Paul specializes in industrial representation for logistics companies, manufacturing and corporate users of space. He works with his clients to execute cost reduction strategies, multi-market transactions, site selection and build to suit projects, disposition of surplus property and overall portfolio management. Paul began working in the industrial and land services group at Colliers Houston 2017. Before joining Colliers, Paul began his real estate career in 2014 in Baton Rouge, LA, and has extensive knowledge of both Houston and Louisiana markets.

Paul has completed transactions spanning across an array of industries, including logistics, distribution, manufacturing and foodbeverage. Paul has been involved in many different commercial real estate transactions and services throughout his career, including, sales, build-to-suits, investments, site selection, lease negotiation, lease restructure, and saleleasebacks.
